Returns & Refund Policy

You have 15 days reflection period from the date you received your order to return it. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion TJ COLLECTION.

Please note that all items should be returned unworn and undamaged with the original packaging and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles. Returns must also include the dust bag if included and box, as these are considered part of the product.

If your item is faulty you can return it for a refund. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Simply request a return through your www.tjcollection.com account. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Returning your order is FREE.

To initiate a return, visit your account at www.tjcollection.com to request a return authorization.

DHL Returns:

After your request has been authorised we will send you a Return Label by e-mail.

Please book a free collection with your local DHL Office:

Phone: Call your local DHL to arrange a Courier Pickup stating account number 959029583 and waybill number from the Return Label.

Online: Visit your local DHL website, go to Schedule a Courier Pickup and follow the instructions.

Attach the Return Label to the outside of the shipping box, and pass the parcel to your courier.

DPD Returns:

After your request has been authorised we will book a courier collection for you and send further details by email.

Receiving your refund:

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued via the original payment method. You can check the return status of your parcel using the tracking number assigned to your Return Label.

Any taxes or duty fees paid by customer outside the European Union to release the goods are non-refundable (even if the customer returns the product), and these costs cannot be reclaimed from TJ Retail OU.
