We deliver to 91 countries all over the world with our shipping partners: DHL, DPD and EMS. We estimate shipping times for you based on our shipping partners’ schedules. Delivery time is counted in working days, starting from the moment the order is accepted by courier. This excludes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the impact of potential custom delays on our international customers. However, our partners occasionally experience uncontrollable clearance delays, which can delay delivery time and cannot be predicted.
Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship outside European Union are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs cannot be reclaimed from TJ Retail OU. If you, the recipient, are ordering to ship outside the E.U., you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival, and these payments are non-refundable (even if the customer returns the product). Unfortunately, we are unable to anticipate the sum of these fees at this time.
